1)Be responsible for quoting new program with utilizing Lear quotation process2)Hand over quotation package to sales team as quoting reference to customer.3)Support sales team on price negotiation with OEM customer and try to get contract signed with customer 4)Organize program kick-off meeting, set-up program team, define program target5)Making use of nike running shoes( Advanced Program Review) Tool to generate pre-calculation & management of cost6)Mange program with using Profile Tool according to LPMP( Lear Program Management Process) 7)Ensure team to meet customer and company requirements for programs including quality,timing,cost and product performance8)Maintain a constant Coordination flow between the customer and cross functional team in order to analyze and solve existing problem 9)According to key milestone(Planning/nike trainers/Pilot-PV/Launch) set MGR(cheap nike shoes) to ensure O/I(Operation Income) & Investment to meet program metrics
